Thank You!

Dear Friends of Child Haiti, We received a big thank you on the part of our partners in Haiti for the $433 that we raised through the two Saint Mary's play bake sales! Thank you to all of the bakers who brought us the delicious baked goods and thank you the volunteers who came to help us sell during intermission. We couldn't have done it without your help. Our Haitian partners have started to buy different necessities with this money. So far we have replenished our supply of medicine, bought art and school supplies, and bought snacks for the children when they meet at the Child Haiti office in Cité Soleil. Below are some pictures of what has been bought so far. Peter Forte and I have been working on this partnership for over a year and it is so rewarding for us to see things come together. We would love to have you help us more in our partnership with Child Haiti. Please let me know (either in person or through email) if you would like to start being a more active volunteer!
